For Our Private (Non-Charter) Preschools

Enrollment Interest
The private school admission process begins when a family expresses interest in learning more about the program and school through a phone call directly to the campus or via the website’s contact us form.

Adult Visit & Tour
The campus director invites the prospective student’s caregiver to visit the school for a tour of the campus, an observation of the classrooms, and a chance to discuss the philosophy and any questions they have.

Student Visit
Following the adult visit, the child is invited to visit the classroom after school, for a one-on-one experience with a teacher. The teacher will show them around the classroom, talk about the lessons, and start building that all-important bond that occurs between the child and their teacher.

Enrollment
If an enrollment opening exists, and the family and the school mutually agree that the student would benefit from enrollment, the registration paperwork process can begin. If there is no current opening available, the child may be placed on the prospective student list and the school will notify the family when an opening develops.
Prospective Student List
Parents may place their student on a prospective student list for the following academic year at any time during the current year.
To be placed on a wait list, call the specific campus – Westside or Sunnyside – directly.
Tuition
- Our charter school (half-day kindergarten, elementary, and middle school) is funded by the State of Arizona. There are no tuition fees.
- Our private programs (young children, preschool, afternoon kindergarten, before and after-school care, and summer programs) are tuition-based.
- Tuition schedules are available here in addition to both the Sunnyside and Westside locations and are based on the program selected.
- Discounts are available for multiple children enrolled from the same family and for half year and full year advanced payments. Siblings of currently enrolled private and charter students receive enrollment preference in the private program.
